As President of Valmont Construction, Marco Chénard-Forlini,P. Eng brings extensive experience in real estate development and construction, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential projects. Prior to founding Valmont, he spent four years working with a prominent developer-builder in the Montreal area, where he served as project manager and successfully delivered over 500 rental condo units. This included a range of building types, from wood-frame construction to 12-story concrete high-rises, each featuring elevators, rooftop pools, and premium amenities. This diverse experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of every phase of the development process—from acquiring raw land and securing permits to managing construction and leasing.
With this foundation, Valmont is uniquely positioned to support clients at any stage of their project.
